Document Submission
Send a scanned copy of your passport (valid for at least 2 years) and your latest educational certificate to our company’s email.
Registration & Contract Signing
Within one week, we send the contract between the student and our company for signing. At this stage, a $200 payment is required for registration, document legalization, and translation.
Admission & University Contract
Once the university issues the admission and contract (typically in June), we will send it to you.
University Fee Payment
Pay the university’s fee after receiving the university contract to begin processing your invitation letter. This process takes 40-60 days.
Invitation Processing
After the invitation is issued, a $150 payment is required for our company’s services.
Visa Application
After receiving the invitation, visit the Russian Embassy in your country (or country of residence) to apply for your Russian visa.
ravel & Arrival
Once you receive your visa, send us your flight ticket details. We will meet you at the airport and assist in settling you into your university residence while completing necessary procedures.
Company Commission Payment
The company’s commission payment is split into two parts: - 50% is paid while you are still in your home country. - The remaining $350 is paid after your arrival in Russia.
Housing & Health Insurance
Students are required to pay for housing and health insurance upon arrival in Russia.
